Supreme Court delivers 'MASSIVE VICTORY' for parental rights
In this clip, Erin Friday was interviewed. She is a California mom who voluntarily spoke to our FMSD Board about the Resolution trustee Rudy Rodriguez (who is running for reelection this year) submitted to our school board to support AB 1955 before Governor Newsom signed it into law in California.
Erin Friday has voluntarily appeared before our Board many times supporting my stance on Parents’ Rights and Parental Control of what their children read and see in their schools as well.
Over a year ago, I objected and argued to the other board members that AB 1955 violated Federal law, it was being litigated, and would probably be overturned—which it was by the Supreme Court.
Records show that the proposed Resolution our school district, as Erin Friday generically referenced in response to the interviewer in this clip, that Rudy Rodriguez voted YES, I voted NO, and 3 other board members ABSTAINED from voting; thus, the FMSD Board did NOT pass the Resolution to support AB 1955 to take away parents’ rights.
