My comments: ACE Esperanza Middle School is a quality school located in the Franklin McKinley School District.  A good percentage of the enrollment at ACE Esperanza are from our FMSD. The parents, faculty, administrators, students, alumni and community enthusiastically endorse ACE Esperanza! I've been there and have seen the awesome work they do educating our children of today and our leaders of tomorrow. I unashamedly and wholeheartedly support this awesome Charter school in our district! Every parent should ALWAYS have the right to choose the school they feel is BEST for their child! Go Panthers!

After teaching in the public school system for the past 22 years, I have sadly recognized that children are being promoted to high school unprepared to succeed academically. I am running for Franklin-McKinley School District Board to have an impact on the preparation of kindergarten through 8th grade students to succeed in high school.
