After teaching in the public school system for the past 23 years, I have sadly recognized that children are being promoted to high school unprepared to succeed academically. I am running for Franklin-McKinley School District Board to have an impact on the preparation of kindergarten through 8th grade students to succeed in high school. As a trustee, I will focus on, what I call, my ABC’s.
